For many people the end of the year is a time for reflecting on the previous twelve months and making well-intentioned resolutions relative to the next twelve months.
They realize that material possessions don’t bring true happiness, that aging naturally is beautiful and that there’s more good than bad in most people.
They resolve to be leaner, nicer, healthier and to finally get their backs waxed.
This where we come in, after the deep reflection, right after it turns snarky and before any positive changes.
Travel is known to be educational and we are here to share with you some of what we have learned in this year of travel.
Lesson #1: A worldwide iguana obesity epidemic is looming
Lesson #2: Ducks get nose hair too (they just look like fur boogers)
Lesson #3: Everything can’t be explained by nature (not even multiple cow legs). Take that Darwin!
Please join us tomorrow for more of the lessons we’ve learned in 2012. We hope you can benefit from our experience. Or not.
Merry Christmas (if you’re so inclined)!
